Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 12, 2026 · Terms of Service · Risk Disclosure

This Privacy Policy explains how Dominapp ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the ByeBear desktop application, websites, beta downloads, and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account information

If you sign in with Google, we receive account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google user identifier. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Subscription and billing information

If you purchase a paid plan, payment providers process payment details. We receive subscription status, plan, invoice, and billing metadata. We do not store full payment card numbers.

Usage, diagnostics, and security data

We may collect app version, device and operating system details, feature usage, download events, error reports, crash diagnostics, authentication events, and security-relevant logs. We use this data to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.

Content you create or submit

Strategies, watchlists, settings, notes, prompts, support messages, and similar content may be stored or processed so the Service can work, sync, backup, support, and improve features you use.

AI feature inputs and outputs

When you use AI-assisted features, prompts and relevant context may be sent to AI model providers to generate a response. Avoid entering secrets, passwords, payment details, or information you do not want processed by those providers.

Broker information and local device data

Broker credentials and broker connection settings are configured in the desktop app on your machine. Dominapp does not collect or store your broker password. Some broker-related metadata, such as selected broker type, connection status, strategy metadata, or support diagnostics, may be processed when needed to operate, secure, support, or debug the Service.
